Forecasting and Planning Provide near and long-range forecasting to enhance strategic decision making (strategy planning, annual profit plan, and monthly outlook) Review financial results and compare to the Annual Profit Plan to ensure reasonability and consistency with overall financial objectives Manage and drive process efficiency Deliver continuous improvements in the annual planning process and monthly forecast processes to drive simplification and overall reduction to the processing and cycle time of the planning process Deliver analytical insights and influence decision-making by influencing category and channel finance leaders Establish relationships with process partners in the finance organization that facilitate effective collaboration and drive positive change in our processes Collaborate with individuals across North America finance organization to ensure effective and accurate financial reporting processes and internal controls Bachelor's Degree in General Business, Finance, Accounting or Economics or, in lieu of a Bachelor's Degree, a Bachelor's Degree in progress in General Business, Finance, Accounting or Economics with an anticipated graduation date of Spring/Summer 2026 Strong Verbal and written communication skills Professional presence and proven ability to lead teams and influence others Ability to communicate and interact with all levels of the organization as well as cross-functionally Achievement oriented with the ability to work independently Excellent time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities within tight deadlines System proficiency: SAP, BPC, Tableau, Looker Studios; Excel, and Google tools (Sheets & Slides)
