This role is responsible for the overall upkeep, safety, and functionality of all BCZ CDC physical spaces (hubs, offices, etc.), and ensuring its long-term operational integrity. The Manager will perform routine maintenance, manage special facility-related projects (renovations, upgrades), and ensure compliance with safety and operational standards. This position is vital for advancing BCZ CDC's mission to unapologetically center Black arts, culture, and economics in East Oakland and to guide the organization toward sustainability and maximizing its mission impact. We are seeking someone who is connected to and has a love for the East Oakland community. We are excited to welcome a new member to our team who shares our vision and is ready to jump in and make a difference.

- Security and Emergency Response: Manage building security systems and access procedures, responding to and addressing on-site emergencies or issues.
- Financial Contribution: Contribute to the development and adherence of the annual facilities budget.
