RCRP Analyst
to join our team. This position is in
Williamsburg, VA
and is contingent on contract award.

Job Summary

  • The RCRP Analyst provides technical and analytical support for NAVELSG's Readiness and Cost Reporting Program (RCRP).
  • This position collects, validates, and analyzes readiness data across Personnel, Equipment, Training, and Supply resource areas, ensuring accurate and timely reporting to satisfy DRRS and NECC requirements.
  • The analyst supports subordinate regiments and cargo handling battalions by performing data entry, correction, and quality assurance in TABLEAU dashboards and RCRP databases.
  • The role requires strong knowledge of readiness metrics, TOA equipment composition, and the relationship between material condition and operational capability.
  • Responsibilities include tracking Mission Essential Tasks (METs), identifying readiness gaps, and coordinating with DPAS analysts and OMMS-NG maintainers to ensure alignment between inventory status and reported capability.
  • This position directly enables NAVELSG leadership to maintain enterprise-wide readiness visibility and informed decision-making consistent with DRRS requirements.
  • Collect and enter readiness data in RCRP and related reporting systems.
  • Perform data validation and trend analysis for personnel, equipment, training, and supply readiness.
  • Generate weekly and monthly readiness summaries and submit to RCRP Team Lead.
  • Assist battalions and regiments with data entry and correction within TABLEAU dashboards.
  • Support DRRS alignment and develop recommendations to improve data accuracy.

Clearance Requirements
There is a Secret security clearance requirement for this position at the time of proposal submission.

Required Skills & Certifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Logistics Management, Business, or Data Analytics. Associate's Degree and/or combination of directly related military service may be considered as well.
  • 3 + years of experience in readiness reporting or DoD data systems (ERAS, RCRP, DRRS-N).
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, TABLEAU, and data normalization techniques.
  • Working knowledge of TOA equipment and NAVELSG readiness frameworks.
  • U.S. Citizen; Active SECRET Clearance required.
  • Annual Cybersecurity and Information Assurance training per DoD
