Your Role:

As an A&P Technician, youll perform maintenance on customer aircraft, ensuring all work meets FAA and company standards. You may also take on leadership roles such as Floor Supervisor or Quality Manager / Chief Inspector.

Your day-to-day will include:

  • Troubleshooting, repairing, inspecting, and maintaining aircraft
  • Using appropriate manuals and regulations to document work
  • Operating ground support equipment
  • Supervising and mentoring other technicians
  • Ensuring workplace safety and compliance
  • Occasional off-site maintenance as needed

What Were Looking For:

FAA A&P Certification

2+ years of experience with both piston and turbine aircraft

Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills

Ability to interpret engineering drawings and regulatory documents

Team player with excellent communication skills

Own your own tools and manage company-owned tools effectively

Flexible to work overtime, weekends, and holidays as needed
