Crush It Inc, dba Smash My Trash- Memphis is hiring a responsible driver/operator to drive and operate their fleet of Mobile Compaction Machines.

We seek a Responsible Truck Driver/Hydraulic Boom Operator to join our team You will be responsible for safely operating our trucks. Trucks are outfitted with a custom Sled/Boom/Roller to compact the waste in Open-Top/Roll-Off dumpsters, requiring your ability to handle the equipment at each customer's facility.

Hands-on Training is provided.

Responsibilities:

  • Treating customers in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Perform Pre-Trip, Post-Trip, and Weekly PMs.
  • Perform light (PM) maintenance and cleaning of the truck and sled.
  • Safely operating a 25k lb Kenworth truck.
  • Skillfully driving a hydraulic boom via control levers.
  • Properly tracking and documenting activity via a handheld device.
  • Report any issues or incidents to management.

Qualifications:

  • Strong work ethic and interest in growing your career and responsibilities.
  • Previous experience in truck driving, heavy machinery, or other related fields.
  • CDL -A, B preferred but not required.
  • A Diesel Mechanic background is preferred but not required.
  • Hydraulic Mechanic background is preferred but not required.
  • Veterans of the United States Armed Forces are encouraged to apply.
  • Pre-employment background checks and clean MVRs are needed.
