At Veritas, we keep freight moving across the country. We're a fast-growing logistics brokerage, and we're hiring National Account Executives to help us build and scale our book of business.
In this role, you'll be on the front lines of sales: hunting for new customers, building relationships, solving problems in real time, and owning deals from first call to signed contract. If you like talking to people, thrive in a high-energy environment, and want a sales role with real upside, this is it.
What You'll Do- Hunt for new business every day through outbound calls, emails, and networking
- Build and grow long-term relationships with customers and carrier partners
- Learn your customers' shipping needs and create solutions that actually add value
- Negotiate rates and terms so everyone wins – your customers, your carriers, and you
- Own the full sales cycle from first outreach to signed contract and ongoing support
- Keep your pipeline, activity, and customer info organized and accurate in our CRM
- Partner with your teammates and leaders to hit goals and push the bar higher
- Jump in where needed – this is a growing company and everyone contributes
- Energized by a fast-paced, highly collaborative, in-office environment
- Competitive, entrepreneurial, and hungry to build something – not just "do a job"
- Clear and confident communicator, both on the phone and in writing
- Urgent and proactive – you don't wait for someone to tell you what to do next
- Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and attention to detail
- Bachelor's degree preferred but not required
- Sales-related experience is a plus (internships, retail, customer service, campus jobs, athletics, etc.) – but we'll teach you the logistics
- $40,000 base salary with uncapped commission
