As a Security Guard - Mall Patrol Driver in Cincinnati, OH, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Retail/Malls, and more. As a Patrol Unarmed Officer, you will monitor and patrol assigned retail locations, helping to deter security-related incidents and providing a visible presence to support a secure environment. You will interact with the public, deliver exceptional customer service, and communicate clearly with clients and team members. This position requires driving as part of your daily duties. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies, including emergency response activities as appropriate.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner to support a positive environment.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the retail location and its perimeter to help to deter unwanted activity and maintain a visible Allied Universal presence.
• Observe and report any suspicious behavior, hazards, or unusual circumstances to help to deter potential issues within the location.
• Work collaboratively with location personnel to address concerns and maintain site-specific protocols as directed by Allied Universal.

Minimum Requirements:

• A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
