What You'll Do

  • Verify Insurance
  • Intake new clients
  • Ongoing client communication
  • Order medical records
  • Data entry into electronic case management system
  • Be the friendly, reliable glue that keeps our office humming

What We're Looking For

  • 1–2 years of experience in a legal or administrative support role
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Comfortable with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, Excell, and legal software (Smart Advocate, a plus)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • A proactive attitude and a sense of humor—we mean it
  • Bonus points if you've worked in a small firm
