Overview

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Bartender to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for mixology and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service. You will be responsible for crafting cocktails, serving drinks, and ensuring that guests have a memorable experience at our establishment. We are a slower paced bar. 430pm-10pm Tuesday-Saturday.

Duties

  • Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to established recipes and standards.
  • Maintain a clean and organized bar area, ensuring compliance with food safety and health regulations.
  • Engage with customers, providing recommendations and taking orders efficiently while delivering excellent customer service.
  • Handle cash transactions accurately, including cash handling and cashiering duties.
  • Utilize Aloha POS or Micros POS systems for order entry and payment processing.
  • Monitor inventory levels, restocking supplies as necessary, and assist with inventory management.
  • Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service of food items when applicable.
  • Participate in catering events or banquets as needed, showcasing versatility in various service settings.
  • Uphold high standards of hospitality, ensuring every guest feels welcomed and valued.

Qualifications

  • Previous bartending experience in a restaurant, hotel, or catering environment is preferred.
  • Familiarity with Micros POS systems is a plus.
  • Strong time management skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a busy setting.
  • Excellent customer service skills with a friendly demeanor and positive attitude.
  • Basic math skills for handling transactions and managing tabs accurately.
  • Knowledge of food safety practices and food handling procedures is essential.
  • Experience in brewing or knowledge of various beverage types is advantageous.
  • Ability to work nights and weekends.
  • 430pm-10pm Tuesday-Saturday

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $ $16.00 per hour
