Job Overview:

Warehouse associates on our shipping team are critical members of our team, ensuring our products are picked and shipped promptly. The Warehouse Associate reports directly to the facility's supervisor and manager.

Duties And Responsibilities May Include:

  • Ensure safety and regulatory compliance.
  • Manage productivity and quality standards by monitoring and evaluating performance utilizing KPIs.
  • Promote a positive culture through leadership and by example.
  • Train, coach, motivate, and support team development and performance, as well as assist in developing and growing employees through cross-training and on-the-job training.
  • Manage safety, productivity, quality, and customer service standards.
  • Achieve optimal volume within designated timeframes.
  • Ensure daily operations meet and exceed performance expectations.

Experience:

  • Warehouse experience, such as knowledge of packaging and shipping standards (Preferred)
  • Experience using a pallet jack or EPJ (Preferred)
  • Experience with warehouse management system (Preferred)
  • Experience with Radio Frequency (RF) equipment (Preferred)

Qualifications:

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Versatile, flexible, and willing to cross-train into other business areas.
  • Maintain a regular, dependable attendance record.

Physical Demands:

  • Frequently required to lift/push/carry items up to 75 pounds.
  • Frequently required to climb, balance, bend, stoop, kneel, or crawl.
  • Frequently required to stand, and walk.
  • Frequently required to utilize hand and finger dexterity.

Schedule:

  • Shipping/Order Fulfillment Team: Typically Sun-Wed or Wed-Sat (7:00 AM - 5:30 PM/or until completion of work)
    • Four-day/ten-hour shifts (typically followed by three consecutive days off)
  • Receiving/Inventory Team: Typically Mon-Fri (7:00 AM - 5:30 PM/or until completion of work)
    • Five-day/eight-hour shifts (typically followed by weekends off)

Job Type: Full-time day shift, on-site
