About the role

As a SAP ISU EAM Functional Architect, you will make an impact by leading and collaborating in the design of IS-U Service Orders, Work Orders, and Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) processes. You will be a valued member of the Cognizant SAP Practice team and work collaboratively with onsite sales and delivery teams, participating in solution discussions and workshops.

In this role, you will:

• Lead and collaborate in the design of IS-U Service Orders, Work Orders, and EAM processes by integrating platforms such as Maximo, Work Manager, Vx Field, etc.
• Conduct Gap/Business Needs Analysis, Design, Configuration, Build, Test, Debug, Convert, Cutover, and Support of business process areas.
• Lead customer workshops and document Business Process Designs on S/4HANA implementations for Utilities.
• Collaborate with multi-functional teams including technical developers and business analysts to integrate IS-U Service Orders and EAM with other tracks.
• Manage project timelines, deliverables, and customer expectations throughout the implementation lifecycle.

Work model

Hybrid: travel required for Project Milestones.

What you need to have to be considered

• 15+ years of experience, with a solid background in SAP EAM, Work Orders experience preferred .
• Deep understanding of SAP EAM Asset Network and Collaboration with a proven track record of successful implementations.
• Expertise in SAP EAM Asset Strategy and Performance with the ability to optimize asset management processes.
• Experience with SAP EAM Inventory Manager App ensuring accurate inventory tracking and efficient resource utilization.
• Ability to write functional specs, configure the system, and problem solve.

These will help you stand out

• Experience in standard SAP field workforce scheduling, dispatch, and completion of field work through standard integration including GIS.
• Provide expert guidance on utilities industry standard processes and regulatory compliance within the SAP EAM module.
• Mentor less experienced consultants and assist with other SAP EAM sales and marketing activities.
• Consistent track record of successful SAP IS-U project delivery in a consulting environment.
• Fix complex issues that arise during deployment and post-go-live phases.

Salary and Other Compensation

This position is also eligible for Cognizant's discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant's applicable plans.
