JOB DESCRIPTION:

Based on our continued growth and success, we are looking for an Asset Manager that will be a key member of our Asset Management division in our Glen Allen, Virginia corporate office.

DUTIES INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO THE FOLLOWING:

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned which are necessary for the smooth and continued operations of the company.

o Ongoing communication to ownership about investment performance, market fundamentals, and recommendations for expenditures, leasing pursuit strategy.

o Quarterback the design, construction, and completion of tenant improvements and building improvements as warranted.

o Lead biweekly investor calls to review property performance, operations, and leasing.

o Guide Financial Analysts in their proforma and budget assumptions.

o Oversee cash management and sources/uses projections.

o Execute disposition strategy once business plan has been realized.

o Maintain healthy relationships with Lenders, overseeing the financial analysts in financial report delivery and loan covenant testing.

QUALIFICATION AND SKILL REQUIREMENTS:

o Experience in executing and managing investment business plans across a variety of CRE product types.

o Experience leading individuals and teams to achieve goals.

o Exceptional communication skills.

o Ability to successfully develop key relationships across all project partners.

o Ability to take ownership and be proactive.

o Thrives in an entrepreneurial environment.
