Position Overview:

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Attorney to join our growing legal team. The ideal candidate will be capable of handling a diverse caseload, drafting pleadings, attending court hearings, conducting depositions, and communicating effectively with clients. Litigation experience is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities:

  • Handle all aspects of litigation from intake to resolution
  • Draft pleadings, motions, discovery, and trial documents
  • Appear in court for hearings, trials, and conferences
  • Conduct legal research and prepare persuasive written arguments
  • Maintain regular communication with clients and opposing counsel
  • Manage multiple cases efficiently in a fast-paced environment

Qualifications:

  • J.D. from an accredited law school
  • Licensed and in good standing with the State Bar of Michigan
  • 1–5 years of relevant legal experience (more experienced attorneys are encouraged to apply)
  • Strong legal writing, negotiation, and analytical skills
  • Courtroom experience preferred

Base Pay: From $30.00 per hour
