We are looking for team players with high integrity and a focus on treating every customer like family.ResponsibilitiesAs an Automotive Sales Professional, you will guide customers through the entire car buying process, from initial inquiry to ownership. Your duties will include:

  • Customer Engagement: Greet customers, build rapport, and actively listen to their needs and wants to recommend suitable vehicles.
  • Product Expertise: Maintain in-depth, up-to-date knowledge of all vehicle features, accessories, and current promotions to effectively present product benefits and conduct professional demonstrations and test drives.
  • Sales Process Management: Facilitate the steps of the sale, negotiate pricing and terms, and work with the finance department to present transparent financing and warranty options.
  • Prospecting & Follow-Up: Utilize our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system to manage leads, follow up with prospective and existing customers to ensure satisfaction, and generate referral business.
  • Goal Achievement: Consistently meet or exceed monthly individual and team sales targets and goals.
  • Documentation: Accurately complete all required sales paperwork and contracts in accordance with dealership policies.

Qualifications

  • Required:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record and the ability to pass a background check and drug test.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and an enthusiastic presence in a team environment.
  • Basic computer skills and the ability to learn dealership-specific software (CRM).
  • Professional appearance and integrity.
  • Preferred:
  • Previous sales or customer service experience (automotive background is a plus, but we offer paid training for the right candidate).
  • Experience with CRM tools.
