We are seeking a product manager to join the growing product team for Fidelity's private market space, Fidelity Private Shares, within Fidelity Labs. Our team delivers innovative technology, robust industry experience and expertise, and seamless service to our customers.

As product manager, you'll apply your expertise to creating a product that will change how startups, lawyers, and investors think about managing company ownership.

You'll be responsible for a range of Product Management activities, including:

  • Synthesize product feedback, market trends, and research into clear product requirements
  • Research regulations, best practices, and other subject matter to inform product requirements and definition
  • Define features and create product specification documentation
  • Consult with operational and technical team to assess feasibility, clarify use cases, and guide development of features and enhancements
  • Draft or review product content for accuracy and comprehension
  • Conduct product acceptance testing and validation
  • Communicate release information to sales, marketing & operational teams

The base salary range for this position is $110,000-222,000 USD per year.

Placement in the range will vary based on job responsibilities and scope, geographic location, candidate's relevant experience, and other factors.

Base salary is only part of the total compensation package. Depending on the position and eligibility requirements, the offer package may also include bonus or other variable compensation.
