What You'll Do as Our Program Director

In this influential role, you'll have a direct hand in designing, implementing, and managing programs that align with Axionova's strategic vision. Your contributions will shape how we operate, innovate, and achieve success on every project. Here's what you'll oversee:

- Program Strategy & Execution: Lead the development, execution, and refinement of programs to drive our mission and goals.

- Team Leadership: Guide and mentor program staff, ensuring effective planning, problem-solving, and high-quality execution.

- Stakeholder Engagement: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with funding partners, organizational stakeholders, and clients to amplify program reach.

- Resource Optimization: Prepare and manage budgets, ensuring programs run efficiently and within scope.

- Performance Analysis: Evaluate program success, identify growth areas, and implement improvements.

- Marketing & Awareness: Collaborate on strategies to enhance program visibility and impact.

- Organizational Integration: Work closely with senior leaders to ensure seamless integration of programs across Axionova's departments.

- Financial Acumen: Experience in budget preparation, forecasting, and resource management.

- Relationship-Building: Demonstrated success fostering partnerships with funders, stakeholders, and external organizations.

- Educational Background: Bachelors degree in Business, Administration, or a related field (Masters preferred).

- Flexibility: Willingness to work evenings and weekends as program needs demand.
