Associate Territory Sales Manager – Medical Device Sales

Location: Las Vegas & Reno, NV

Compensation: Base $70,000 | OTE $130,000–$140,000 | Top Performers $250K+

Travel: Approximately 60% (Flights Required)

About the Opportunity

Are you an experienced outside sales professional looking to break into medical device sales? This is a rare opportunity to join a rapidly growing company offering a product that genuinely improves patients' lives.

As an Associate Territory Sales Manager, you'll gain hands-on experience working with physicians, clinicians, and patients while building a clear path to promotion into a Territory Manager role within 12–18 months.

What You'll Do
  • Manage full-cycle, consultative sales, including prospecting, demonstrations, closing, and follow-up.
  • Educate physicians, therapists, and other clinicians on the company's medical device technology.
  • Conduct in-home patient demonstrations, ensuring patients feel confident and supported.
  • Collaborate with Territory Managers on sales strategies to meet and exceed monthly and quarterly goals.
  • Provide training and education on disease state, treatment protocols, and reimbursement requirements.
What We're Looking For
  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • 1–2 years of B2B or outside sales experience with proven quota attainment.
  • Comfortable conducting in-person and in-home product demos.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills with patients, customers, and healthcare professionals.
  • Preferred: experience selling a product through live or hands-on demonstrations.
We'd Love to See
  • Experience in B2B industries such as ADP, Paychex, Cintas, or Ricoh.
  • Clinical sales support specialists with team quota experience who can clearly explain their individual contributions.
