  • Clinical Supervisor Job Description
  • The primary responsibility of the Clinical Supervisor is being responsible for supervising daily oversight of the Tailored Care Management Team. The Clinical Supervisor will also provide clinical direction, monitoring of all care management services.
  • The Clinical Supervisor will also assist with overseeing the clinical operations for our mental health and substance abuse services.

  • Duties and Responsibilities:

Work with the CEO to ensure the highest degree of services are provided

Oversee the CIN system is being fully utilized by the staff for complete documentation.

Ensure staff are well trained and understand their roles

Interview potential staff and coordinate their orientation and training

Conduct annual staff reviews with the director

Responsible for meeting revenue goals

  • Supervise and mentor clinical staff, providing ongoing training and support to enhance their professional development.
  • Conduct regular performance evaluations and facilitate staff meetings to discuss client care and treatment plans.
  • Ensure compliance with all regulatory standards and best practices in mental health care.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate comprehensive care for clients.
  • Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly to ensure effective outcomes.

Qualification/Education/Experience:

A master's-level fully Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), fully Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor (LCMHC), fully Licensed Psychological Associate (LPA)

Three years of experience providing care management, case management, or care coordination to the population being served

Knowledge of and Experience working with Medicaid funded programs.

Detailed knowledge of policies and regulations in the clinical field

Strong analytical skills for assessing performance metrics and implementing quality improvement initiatives.

Establish performance goals and deadlines that align with the organization's vision.

Participate in the agency's 24-hour coverage schedule, offering services, consultation, or referral as needed during emergencies.

Hold weekly meetings with TCM staff teams to monitor billable documentation, contact calls, assessments, and care plan implementations, by ensuring compliance and quality of services.

Travel to community locations, other agencies, and emergency departments to assist with outreach as necessary to meet members' needs.

Complete all required trainings for MCO's, as defined by service rules, accrediting bodies, participate actively in all TCM Zoom and Webex trainings and meetings and clinical team meetings.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $65, $71,500.00 per year
