ABOUT THE ROLE

We're looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Marketing Intern to join our in-person team in Stamford, CT. This hands-on role is perfect for a student or early-career professional interested in learning the behind-the-scenes operations of a growing marketing department. You'll help keep our marketing efforts running smoothly by supporting day-to-day tasks, maintaining organization in our sample room, and assisting with mailers and materials that go out to our partners and consumers.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Prepare and ship marketing materials and product samples
  • Organize and maintain marketing materials and sample inventory
  • Keep the sample room and marketing storage areas tidy and functional
  • Refill and manage supplies (e.g., stamp machine, packaging materials)
  • Monitor inventory levels and communicate when reorders are needed
  • Support the marketing team with additional administrative or event prep tasks as needed

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Reliable, organized, and proactive with attention to detail
  • Interested in marketing, branding, or consumer goods
  • Comfortable working independently and as part of a small team
  • Able to lift and carry light boxes for mailing and organizing tasks
