Position Overview

The Junior Stylist will be responsible for organizing and styling outfits for Tuckernuck's eCommerce photoshoots, and supporting the overall photoshoot preparation. This role will work closely with the Senior Fashion and Lifestyle Director and Senior Stylist to ensure alignment on styling and merchandising. Additionally, the Junior Stylist will provide on-set support and help maintain best practices and processes for both eCommerce and Editorial styling.

Core Responsibilities

  • Organize and prep all garments and accessories to ensure all items are photoshoot ready
  • Review styling notes with Fashion Director and Senior Stylist prior to photoshoots to ensure proper dressing and styling of the model
  • Follow a seasonal styling guide and management's direction to translate styling trends to e-commerce friendly looks to showcase seasonal focuses and buying investments
  • Keeping merchandise organized and dressing models in a timely and efficient manner in order to meet production goals
  • Trend and brand research to style effectively and inspire the Tuckernuck customer
  • Ensure merchandise and styling props are returned with proper documentation and on time
  • Collaborate with stylists to ensure the right pieces are brought into the studio and that the closet is organized and merchandised for style-outs and photo shoots.
  • Prep various items for photoshoots and assist Senior Fashion Director and Senior stylist on lifestyle and editorial shoots.
  • Liaise with buying and private label teams to align on product assortments for content pushes.
  • Collaborate with other stylists on the styling deck's weekly notes in preparation for Ecommerce shoots
  • Work with assistant stylists to share ecom styling recaps with team
  • Manage all product sheets post editorial and Lifestyle shoots.

Minimum Qualifications

  • 3-5 years of styling experience

  • Highly organized with a strong attention to detail and excellent time management skills
  • Proven ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects at different stages
