Regional Sales Manager

Your Role:

As the
Regional Sales Manager
, you will:

  • Develop and execute regional sales strategies to drive revenue growth
  • Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of sales representatives and account managers
  • Identify new business opportunities and strategic partnerships
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure service delivery excellence

What We're Looking For:

  • Minimum
    5 years of progressive B2B sales experience
    , with at least
    2 years in a leadership or regional role
  • Proven ability to
    drive growth, develop teams
    , and exceed sales targets
  • Strong understanding of
    solution-based selling
    and customer relationship management
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and strategic thinking skills
  • Ability to manage a
    multi-territory region
    and prioritize competing business demands
  • Self-motivated, collaborative, and results-driven professional
