Restoration Senior Project Manager

We're looking for a driven Restoration Senior Project Manager to lead property restoration projects from start to finish. Water, fire, mold, and storm damage. In this role, you'll take ownership of planning, execution, and quality, while guiding crews and subcontractors to deliver outstanding results for our clients.

What you'll do:

  • Lead projects on time, on budget, and to top quality standards.
  • Manage crews, subcontractors, schedules, and resources.
  • Be the main point of contact for clients and insurance adjusters.
  • Oversee job costs, documentation, and compliance.
  • Solve problems onsite and keep projects running smoothly.
  • Provide on the job training and have development meetings with the project leads.

What we're looking for:

  • Strong leadership and customer service skills.
  • Experience in construction/restoration project management.
  • Ability to balance people, process, and profitability.
  • Knowledge of safety standards (OSHA, IICRC, EPA) is a plus.
