We are looking for a detail-oriented Talent Marketing Consultant to join our team on a long-term contract basis. In this hybrid role, based in Arden Hills, Minnesota, you will play a pivotal part in shaping marketing strategies and communications throughout the talent lifecycle. This position offers an exciting opportunity to influence candidate engagement and employee experiences through innovative marketing solutions.

Responsibilities:


• Manage and optimize the career site to deliver a seamless and engaging candidate experience.


• Develop strategic marketing campaigns, including written, visual, and video content, to enhance candidate engagement and conversion.


• Coordinate the creation and delivery of digital and creative assets across various channels while ensuring brand consistency.


• Design and execute targeted campaigns to attract high-priority candidate groups through social media and other platforms.


• Craft impactful communications for key moments in the employee lifecycle, such as onboarding and internal career movements.


• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including external vendors, to ensure successful project execution.


• Support the Talent Marketing Manager with high-quality copywriting for HR announcements and marketing initiatives.


• Elevate internal HR communications to promote alignment and engagement within the team.


• Drive process improvements and innovative solutions to enhance marketing effectiveness.


• Bachelor's degree and four plus years of experience in marketing, employee experience, or customer-facing HR roles.


• Strong understanding of digital technologies and a willingness to learn new tools.


• Demonstrated ability to manage competing priorities and work effectively in ambiguous situations.


• Proven experience in creating compelling content, including copywriting, visual design, and video production.


• Exceptional communication skills with a collaborative approach to problem-solving.


• Innovative mindset with a focus on bold and creative strategies.


• Experience in process improvement and campaign planning.


• Preferred qualifications include a Master's degree and 1 plus years in corporate communications or marketing roles.
