Job Description:

As an Air Compressor Field Technician, you will be responsible for troubleshooting, maintaining, and repairing air compressor systems at various customer sites. You'll work directly with customers, diagnosing issues, performing preventative maintenance, and ensuring equipment operates efficiently and reliably.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform on-site service, repair, and maintenance of air compressors and related equipment
  • Diagnose mechanical and electrical issues, and provide timely solutions
  • Conduct routine inspections and preventative maintenance
  • Install new air compressor systems and components as needed
  • Communicate effectively with customers to explain repairs and maintenance needs
  • Maintain accurate service records and reports
  • Follow all safety protocols and company procedures

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience as an air compressor technician or in industrial equipment maintenance
  • Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record
  • Comfortable working in various industrial environments
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Technical certifications or training in HVAC, pneumatics, or related fields a plus
