is looking for an experienced
Influencer Coordinator
to lead the creative and operational execution of our influencer programs.

ABOUT YOU:

You have
deep beauty industry experience
working with aesthetic-forward, "it-girl" brands like
ILIA, Koas, Rhode, Huda Beauty, Tower 28, and MERIT Beauty
. You understand the elevated, effortless vibe these brands embody and know how to source and brief creators who authentically fit that world. You have impeccable taste, a sharp eye for emerging talent, and the operational rigor to manage multiple campaigns without dropping the ball.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Experience in developing and executing marketing campaigns
  • Experience in influencer marketing and managing influencer relationships
  • Excellent project management, time management, and organizational skills
  • Strong analytical and reporting skills
  • Proficiency in social media platforms and content management systems
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
  • Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite is a plus
  • Experience managing a team is a plus

WHAT YOU BRING:

  • 1–3 years of influencer marketing experience, ideally at an agency or with premium beauty brands
  • Proven ability to source, brief, and manage creators for aesthetic-driven, aspirational brands
  • Strong creative eye and the ability to evaluate content quality at a high level
  • Exceptional organizational skills and ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously
  • Confident client communication and presentation skills
  • Deep knowledge of the beauty influencer landscape and emerging platforms
  • Collaborative mindset with a passion for mentoring and developing junior team members
