Bartender/Server

We are all outdoors, with full roof cover over all tables as well as adjustable shutters, heaters, fans and ACs. Work attire includes casual tank tops, T-shirts, comfortable leggings and/or shorts. We have been growing 15 years strong and busier and busier every year with an all local regular following. Looking for an experienced Bartender that would serve some too. We are running Toast POS system. Must be efficient on POS and self motivated. This is not a beginner level Bartender job. Our server sections range from 6 to 10 tables depending on the shift and they are 100% responsible for their tables including greeting, food running, bussing, and cashing out checks. Our Bartenders serve as our floor managers on duty and have a lot of responsibility with running TVs, shutters, and all around overall restaurant functionality. Please if you have no interest in these responsibilities, do not apply or waste anyones time scheduling an interview if you have no desire to show up for it or accept a job. We have a core team that has been here for 5-12 years and seriously trying to ad to that team with longevity. Money is always good here all season as we adjust the amount of shifts with the seasons and open up vacation time during the less ridiculously busy times so it always works out. I stress it is important to be sharp and confident in your ability as a server and Bartender. We are full liquor and all fresh scratch kitchen. Our Bartenders are front of the house floor managers during shifts and are in charge of overseeing checkouts, and ensuring all customers experiences are satisfied to the fullest.
