As a
Senior Cost Specialist
, you'll play a critical role in transforming data into insights that keep our projects on track, on budget, and built for long-term success. This is an opportunity for someone who thrives on precision, problem-solving, and impact—working on high-profile projects from kickoff through completion.

What You'll Do

  • Track, analyze, and forecast costs, budgets, and financial trends across multi-year EPC projects using
    JDE, EcoSys, Procore, Excel, and Power BI
  • Collaborate with Project Managers, Operations Directors, and technical leaders to align financials with project goals
  • Oversee cost changes, deviations, and risks to anticipate challenges before they arise
  • Create clear and compelling cost reports and dashboards using Excel and Power BI for clients and leadership
  • Support Project Controls Execution Plans and ensure compliance with company standards
  • Serve as the
    go-to resource
    for cost insights on high-impact EPC projects
  • Mentor mid and junior level Cost Specialists.

What You'll Bring

  • Senior professional with 8 +years of experience in cost management and project controls
  • Expertise in forecasting, cost control, change management, and risk analysis
  • Skilled at converting complex financial data into clear, actionable insights
  • Proficient in JDE and/or EcoSys, Procore
  • Advance user in Excel, and Power BI
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Business, Finance, or equivalent experience
  • Willing to travel up to 10% domestically
