Summary

Reporting to the Detailing Supervisor, the Structural Detailer independently completes complex production designs using standards and tools in a 3D modeling environment (Tekla software). They review complex specifications and make design decisions regarding those requirements

Education and/or Experienc

  • eHigh School diploma is required
  • .Associates or Bachelor's degree in Architectural Engineering, or Building construction preferre

dTechnical skill

  • sProficiency working with AutoCAD 2016 or highe
  • rFamiliarity with 3D CAD systems, Tekla preferre
  • dMicrosoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams) require
  • dUnderstanding of engineering processes, familiarity with engineering information and data source
  • sClear understanding of bills of material, drawings, design data, and design standards is necessar
  • yAbility to read and interpret complex specifications is require
  • dFluent in product design principles and the production of structural and mechanical components and system
