Corporate Training Development Manager oversee, train, and direct site activity within a designated geographical area. Routine inspections and audits of security personnel are conducted to ensure proper implementation of security procedures & protocol.

  • Data Capturing and Employee Metrics
  • Must have Excel Spreadsheet and PowerPoint experience.
  • Forecast and implementation of training program (existing and new deliverables).
  • Interact with all guests (clients, employees, and guests) in a professional demeanor.
  • Foster client relationships through continuous communication and support.
  • Develop and implement site-specific security policies to successfully execute the contract.
  • Ensure officers are performing all assigned duties, including but not limited to timesheets, daily logs, activity and incident reports.
  • Review and verify all reports and logs for accuracy.
  • Address and rectify all employee relations and payroll concerns in a timely manner.
  • Recruit, hire, and train officers to ensure operational performance and coverage are met.
  • Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance (uniform and equipment).
  • Utilize approved security equipment (CCTV, radios, computers/tablets, etc.).
  • Effectively communicate all pertinent information to the team in a timely manner.
  • Manage security personnel, including but not limited to scheduling, counseling, and/or disciplinary actions when necessary.
  • Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance (uniform and equipment).
  • Other duties to be determined by management.

Qualifications:

  • Must have knowledge of Google Suite.
  • Must have experience with LMS systems.
  • Must be familiar with creating training content videos.
  • Preferred coding skills.
  • Associate's/bachelor's degree preferred.
  • A minimum of three years previous security supervision and/or training leadership experience required
  • Flexible availability
  • Professional demeanor and appearance
  • Excellent computer skills
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
  • Attentive to detail
  • Must be able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Previous experience utilizing security equipment and protocols required
  • Must be able to pass pre-employment screening (background and drug)
