Summary:

This position is responsible for assisting the supervisors with product flow, process efficiency, product quality, and team member training. Team members will be responsible for working in the warehouse that is cold storage and the temperature ranges from -10 – 30 degrees.

Responsibilities:

Responsible for verifying production schedules, creating production schedules, monitoring production schedules, completing shift end paperwork, and recaps.

Assist in maintaining a safe work environment, management, material checks, lock-out tag-out operations, machine set up, mixing pre-blends and recipe processing.

Manage the stacking, inspection, racking, rack pushing, processing packing, box making, pocket loading, labeling, data input and code training.

Provide first-level supervision and direct work to team members within a specific department.

Motivate employees to achieve performance goals and maintain high standards for quality and productivity.

Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures to maintain quality standards.

Candidate must be willing to lift, push, carry product in many areas on the production floor (weight depends on area, ranging from 20-50 pounds)
