Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager with a strong background in industrial and manufacturing facility construction to oversee all phases of project execution—from planning and design through completion and closeout. The ideal candidate will manage budgets, schedules, subcontractors, and client relationships while ensuring safety, quality, and efficiency throughout the project lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage all aspects of industrial/manufacturing construction projects, including site development, building construction, equipment installation, and systems integration.
  • Develop and maintain project budgets, schedules, and resource plans to ensure timely and cost-effective completion.
  • Coordinate with owners, engineers, architects, and subcontractors to ensure design intent, specifications, and safety standards are met.
  • Oversee procurement of materials, equipment, and subcontractor services; manage change orders and contract documentation.
  • Conduct regular on-site inspections to monitor progress, quality, and compliance with project specifications and safety regulations.
  • Identify and resolve project risks, delays, and conflicts proactively.
  • Prepare and present project progress reports to senior management and clients.
  • Ensure adherence to OSHA and company safety policies on all job sites.
  • Manage project closeout process, including punch lists, final inspections, and handover documentation.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 5+ years of experience managing industrial, manufacturing, or heavy commercial construction projects.
  • Strong understanding of structural, mechanical, electrical, and process systems used in industrial environments.
  • Proven ability to manage budgets, schedules, and multiple subcontractors simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in project management software (Procore, MS Project, Bluebeam, etc.).
  • OSHA 30 certification preferred.
  • PMP or CCM certification a plus.

Work Environment:

  • Office and field-based role with frequent site visits.
  • May require travel to multiple project sites or client facilities.
