You'll guide a team of five (and growing) across digital and traditional media, ensuring our campaigns drive measurable growth for our clients and fuel Leadhub's broader agency goals.This role is 80% leadership and strategy, 20% execution — ideal for someone who thrives in developing people, shaping systems, and leading innovation, while staying hands-on enough to keep skills sharp and lead by example.What You'll DoLeadership & Team DevelopmentLead, coach, and develop a cross-functional media team of buyers and coordinators across digital and traditional platforms.Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous learning.Partner closely with department directors (Account Services, SEO, Content, Creative, Development) to ensure media strategies are integrated and aligned.Create clear paths for professional growth within the media department.Strategy & PerformanceOversee media planning, buying, and performance optimization across Google Ads, Meta, YouTube, OTT/CTV, programmatic, and traditional channels.Own pacing, forecasting, and media spend accuracy to maximize both client ROI and agency profitability.Guide the evolution of our media services framework — implementing smarter systems, better QA processes, and scalable campaign workflows.Drive thought leadership by staying ahead of emerging trends, technologies, and platforms that can enhance client performance and agency offerings.Hands-On ExecutionManage a small portfolio of key client accounts directly, modeling excellence in campaign setup, optimization, and analysis.Step in to support strategic media challenges or complex campaign scenarios when needed.Ensure all campaigns deliver measurable, meaningful results aligned with client goals.Success Looks LikeMedia budgets are accurately forecasted, paced, and maximized for impact.The media team grows in capability, confidence, and ownership under your leadership.Campaign performance consistently meets or exceeds ROAS targets.Media strategy aligns seamlessly with Leadhub's EOS vision, quarterly rocks, and departmental scorecards.You model and reinforce Leadhub's Core Values daily by leading your team.First 90 DaysMonth 1: Learn & ListenImmerse yourself in Leadhub's structure, current client portfolio, and media workflows.Build relationships across teams and assess current processes, platforms, and performance metrics.Month 2: Lead & AlignEstablish a clear roadmap for team development and media process improvements.Begin coaching sessions with each team member; set KPIs and expectations for growth.Take ownership of pacing and performance reporting for key accounts.Month 3: Optimize & ElevateLaunch refinements to campaign QA, creative testing, and cross-channel strategy workflows.Identify and pilot at least one new media tactic or technology that supports agency and client growth.Present a quarterly media performance summary to the leadership team with insights and forward-looking recommendations.What You Bring6+ years in media planning and buying with at least 3 years in a leadership role.Proven expertise in Google Ads, Meta Ads, OTT/CTV, and programmatic media.Strong understanding of traditional media (TV, radio, OOH) and how it complements digital.Exceptional analytical skills — able to tell the story behind the numbers.Experience with media budgeting, forecasting, and pacing across multiple accounts.A coaching-first leadership approach grounded in accountability and empathy.Alignment with EOS principles and Leadhub's core values.Compensation & BenefitsPTO: 120 Hours annually (earned immediately; usable after 30 days)Healthcare:50% Coverage upon hire75% Coverage after 2 years 100% Coverage after 4 years401(k): 4% company contribution after 1 yearAnnual 2% raiseFlexible Work Schedule & Friday FlexConferences & Educational SupportMonthly Culture Events & Leadhubbie Wellness Program (up to $100/month)20 Days Parental Leave (after 12 months)Always-Stocked Kitchen & Weekly Catered Breakfasts
