Job Description:

The Manufacturing Services Associate I supports cGMP manufacturing production suites by ensuring materials, equipment, and facilities are maintained to compliance standards. This entry-level role involves stocking suites, preparing, and transporting materials, performing routine cleaning and maintenance, and documenting all activities in accordance with GMP and GDP guidelines. Associates train under close supervision to develop aseptic technique and cross-contamination awareness.

Responsibilities:

  • Stock and organize production suites daily.
  • Clean and sanitize equipment, parts, and rooms.
  • Assemble and autoclave materials for production use.
  • Perform routine maintenance on analytical equipment.
  • Prepare and transport materials across production areas.
  • Record activities accurately following GMP/GDP standards.
  • Support team with meetings, shift exchanges, and other assigned tasks.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required, Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences or related field preferred.
  • Prior experience in manufacturing, laboratory, or cleanroom environment is a plus.
  • Entry-level candidates with strong willingness to learn and follow compliance standards will be considered.
  • Basic understanding of cGMP compliance.
  • Ability to demonstrate aseptic technique and cross-contamination awareness.
  • Strong attention to detail in documentation and reporting.
  • Willingness to train under close supervision and follow structured training plans.
  • Ability to perform routine cleaning, stocking, and equipment maintenance tasks.
