Position Summary

The Customer Assistant Representative serves as the first point of contact for customers, delivering exceptional service and support. This role ensures inquiries are handled promptly and accurately, fostering positive customer relationships and contributing to overall operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner.
  • Identify customer needs and provide accurate information or solutions.
  • Process service requests and maintain up-to-date records in the CRM system.
  • Resolve customer complaints with empathy and escalate complex issues when necessary.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (Billing, Operations, AR/AP) to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Maintain knowledge of company products, services, and policies to assist customers effectively.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree preferred.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM systems (preferred).
  • Positive attitude and commitment to delivering outstanding customer experiences.
