What You'll Do:

The Production Supervisor oversees day-to-day operations for the 1st shift, ensuring production runs safely, efficiently, and in compliance with Tosca's high standards. You'll lead a team of approximately 20 hourly associates, including general production team members, forklift drivers, and technical operators.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading daily operations for the day shift (6:30 a.m.–3:00 p.m.)

  • Driving a culture of safety, quality, and teamwork

  • Overseeing staffing, training, and performance management

  • Monitoring and meeting key operational metrics (safety, quality, uptime, and productivity)

  • Partnering with maintenance and other departments to ensure smooth production flow

  • Ensuring compliance with food safety and OSHA requirements

  • Coaching and developing team members to build a strong, engaged workforce

What We Are Looking For:

  • 3–5+ years of experience leading teams in a manufacturing or production environment

  • Strong knowledge of safety compliance (OSHA) and standard operating procedures (SOPs)

  • Experience in food safety or regulated production settings preferred

  • Proven leadership skills — ability to coach, motivate, and hold teams accountable

  • Solid computer proficiency (Microsoft Excel, basic systems, reporting tools)

  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills

  • Hands-on leader comfortable working in a fast-paced, hot environment

Work Schedule

  • Monday – Friday, 6:30 a.m. – 3:00 p.m.

  • Occasional overtime as needed for production support
