Let's Pickle in Lincoln's first indoor pickle ball restaurant. We will feature 6 indoor courts, a full service restaurant and bar, private dining room, patio, and retail area. Our mission is to provide a fun and inviting environment for all types of players as well as serve amazing food and drink. We strive to create experiences for our guests with great service, welcoming staff, and providing product that not only delivers on taste but value as well. We are hiring for all front of house positions including front desk, server, and bartenders.

We will be holding interviews all day Tuesday (Nov 5) and Wednesday (Nov 6). If you are selected for an interview, you will be asked for a time on either of those days as well as which position you are applying for.

Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Servers, Bartenders, and Front Desk to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for customer service by creating an inviting atmosphere for our guests and team. As a Team Member, you will be responsible for preparing and serving beverages, ensuring customer satisfaction, taking accurate orders, checking in guests for courts, and maintaining a clean and organized area.

Duties

• Serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences.
• Provide excellent customer service by engaging with patrons, taking orders, and delivering drinks in a timely manner.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the restaurant, including washing glassware, cleaning surfaces, and restocking supplies as needed.
• Handle cash transactions accurately using the POS system while ensuring proper cash handling procedures.
• Assist in catering events as required, providing services that meet the needs of the event.
• Monitor guest consumption of alcohol to ensure compliance with legal drinking age regulations and promote responsible drinking.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure seamless service during busy periods.

Skills

• Strong customer service skills with the ability to create a welcoming environment for guests.
• Basic math skills for handling transactions and managing tabs effectively.
• Time management skills to efficiently serve multiple customers during peak hours.
• Previous experience in a restaurant or bar setting is required; training will be provided.
• Familiarity with bartending/serving techniques and cocktail recipes is a plus.
• Experience with sales techniques to promote special drinks or events can enhance guest experience.
• Ability to work well under pressure while maintaining attention to detail.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $2.13 - $15.00 per hour
