Are you a licensed Mental Health Therapist seeking a fulfilling opportunity to make a difference in the lives of adults and older adolescents struggling with anxiety, stress, or depression? Our private practice is currently seeking passionate therapists to join our team on a part-time basis, with the potential to transition to a full caseload. You'll have the flexibility to create your own schedule that suits your needs. Work has the option to be fully remote.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct comprehensive patient assessments to determine mental health needs and develop individualized treatment plans.
  • Provide evidence-based therapies, including cognitive behavioral therapy and motivational interviewing, to support patient progress.
  • Maintain accurate medical documentation and adhere to HIPAA regulations to ensure patient confidentiality.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to enhance patient care and treatment outcomes.
  • Engage in crisis intervention when necessary and offer support to families, particularly in child and family counseling settings.
  • Stay informed on current clinical research and best practices in behavioral health.

Qualifications

  • Licensed mental health provider with expertise in behavioral therapy and mental health counseling
  • Proficient in patient assessment, care, and medical documentation
  • Knowledgeable in HIPAA regulations and medical terminology
  • Experience with psychotherapy, and crisis intervention
  • Familiarity with cognitive behavioral therapy, mindfulness, ACT, DBT

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $ $100.00 per hour

Expected hours: 15 – 40 per week
