Summary/Objective

The Customer Service Representative at Haimer USA works closely with the Sales Team on processing incoming sales orders. In addition to regular interaction with customers via phone and email, this role also communicates with other departments within Haimer to ensure customer satisfaction. The

position requires a high level of professionalism, integrity and punctuality.

What you would do:

  • Processing incoming sales orders for all Haimer products, managing logistical requirements with warehouse team
  • Reviewing orders for accuracy and addressing inaccuracies with the Sales team
  • Corresponding with the customer regarding order progress and answering any inquiries
  • Producing invoices for all orders and submitting to customer's accounting department
  • Working with the Technical Team on install scheduling
  • Monitoring shipments and deliveries and provide ongoing updates to the customer, Sales, and Technical teams
  • Assisting the accounting team with payment collections What we require from you:

  • Associates Degree (Bachelors Degree preferred) and 3-5 years of experience (customer service /inside Sales)
  • Understanding of basic business administration
  • Proficient in PC skills including MS Outlook, Word, Excel & PowerPoint, CRM and ERP Systems
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Honest, dependable, reliable
  • Energetic and self-motivated.
  • Attentive to details and well-organized
  • Strong desire for customer satisfaction
