Are you passionate about craft beer and fine wine? Join our team as a Beer & Wine Lead, where you'll manage inventory, create eye-catching displays, and provide exceptional customer service—all while leading a talented team.

What You'll Do

  • Lead and support staff on your shift—assign tasks and keep things running smoothly.

  • Deliver outstanding customer service and share your knowledge of beer and wine.

  • Order products, maintain proper inventory, and minimize out-of-stocks.

  • Run reports to forecast needs and stay on top of trends.

  • Build seasonal and promotional displays that grab attention.

  • Train and coach staff using department guidelines.

  • Monitor shrink, check dates, and maintain a clean, organized department.

  • Ensure compliance with Idaho alcohol sales laws and store safety standards.

What We're Looking For

  • Strong leadership and communication skills.

  • Ability to organize, prioritize, and motivate a team.

  • Flexible schedule (including mornings, evenings, and weekends).

  • Wine and beer knowledge (certifications are a plus).

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent.

  • At least 1 year of beer/wine or alcohol-related experience.

  • Inventory management experience preferred.

  • Able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.

Physical Demands

You'll be on your feet, lifting up to 50 lbs., bending, kneeling, and reaching. Occasional ladder use and repetitive motions required. Ability to safely operate equipment with PPE is a must.
