Full-Time Paraprofessional

Job Summary

The Special Education Paraprofessional works with students receiving special education support within the Mild Cognitive Impairment (MCI) program.

Assignment Information

• Full-Time
• Up to 40 Hours/Week
• Monday - Friday (when instruction is in session)
• $15.50/Hour - Starting wage is based on the current Midland Federation of Paraprofessionals Master Bargaining Agreement
• Benifits Package Opportunity
• Position will start Monday, January 5, 2026

Qualifications and Education

• Must have high school diploma or equivalent
• CPR/First Aid certified (preferred; willing to be provided training)

• Able to sit, stand, bend, and walk frequently
• Some lifting may be required
• Experience and/or knowledge of behavioral management techniques
