Job Summary
We are seeking a highly experienced Sr. Architect with 12 + years of experience specializing in Palantir and Utilities domain. The role involves designing and implementing innovative solutions in a hybrid work model. Responsibilities
- Design and implement robust architectural solutions using Palantir to meet business needs in the Utilities domain.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of systems and processes.
- Analyze complex data sets to derive actionable insights that drive strategic decision-making.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for architectural frameworks and processes.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices in all architectural designs.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members to foster professional growth.
- Conduct regular assessments of existing systems to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
- Lead the development of innovative solutions that enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness.
- Oversee the implementation of new technologies to ensure alignment with organizational goals.
- Facilitate workshops and training sessions to enhance team knowledge and skills.
- Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders to ensure transparency.
- Collaborate with external partners and vendors to leverage additional expertise and resources.
- Ensure all solutions are scalable secure and aligned with the companys long-term vision.
Qualifications
- Possess extensive experience in Palantir and its application in the Utilities sector.
- Demonstrate strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
- Exhibit excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively in a hybrid environment.
- Show proficiency in designing scalable and secure architectural solutions.
- Have a proven track record of successful project delivery in a similar role.
- Display a strong understanding of industry standards and best practices.

Salary and Other Compensation:
Applications will be accepted until Dec 24, 2025.
The annual salary for this position is between $90,000 - $150,000 depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
This position is also eligible for Cognizant's discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant's applicable plans.
