Business Segment Engage in a deep variety of business-critical activities that keep our company running efficiently. Responsibilities:

Position Purpose - The Analyst III role focuses on driving automation and AI-powered solutions by gathering requirements, optimizing processes, and supporting solution design across platforms like Power Platform, RPA, and BPM tools. The position requires strong analytical, communication, and project management skills, with experience in Agile environments and a background in business or information systems. This role will also act as a SCRUM Master for the development team, helping manage priorities, clearing roadblocks, and tracking progress of initiatives.

Primary duties will include:

  • Requirements Gathering & Analysis

    Collaborate with stakeholders to elicit, analyze, and document business requirements for automation and AI-driven solutions.
  • Process Mapping & Optimization

    Analyze current business processes and identify opportunities for automation using RPA, BPM, and low-code tools.
  • Solution Design Support

    Translate business needs into functional specifications and user stories for developers working on Power Platform, RPA bots, and AI agents.
  • Stakeholder Communication

    Act as a liaison between business units and the development team, ensuring alignment on goals, timelines, and deliverables.
  • Testing & Validation

    Facilitate user acceptance testing (UAT), ensure solutions align with business requirements, and achieve desired business outcomes.
  • Performance Monitoring & Reporting

    Track KPIs and performance metrics of deployed automation solutions and recommend enhancements.
  • SCRUM Master Responsibilities
  • Facilitate Agile ceremonies including daily standups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives, ensuring alignment between business goals and development progress.Remove impediments, manage sprint backlogs, and foster collaboration across cross-functional teams while maintaining focus on delivering automation and AI-driven solutions.

Qualifications:

To land this role you will need:

  • Familiarity with RPA tools (UIPath preferred)
  • Experience with Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI)
  • Understanding of BPM tools (e.g., Pega, Appian, Nintex)
  • Awareness of Agentic AI concepts and applications
  • Strong ability to analyze complex processes and identify automation opportunities
  • Experience with process modeling tools (e.g., Visio, Lucidchart)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work cross-functionally with technical and non-technical teams

What will make you stand out:

  • Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
  • Familiarity with tools like Jira, Azure DevOps, or Trello

Education:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, Information Systems, or related field, or equivalent experience
  • 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in automation or digital transformation projects
