We are looking for an enthusiastic and reliable Sales Associate to join our team on an on-call basis. This role is perfect for someone who loves connecting with people, enjoys learning about natural wellness, and wants to be part of a growing local brand.

Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service and product education to guests.
  • Assist with 329 appointments and support clients throughout the process.
  • Answer and manage store phone calls, ensuring all customer inquiries are handled promptly and professionally.
  • Assist with sales transactions and maintain an organized, welcoming shop environment.
  • Restock and merchandise displays to reflect current inventory.
  • Share product knowledge and help customers choose items that fit their wellness needs.
  • Represent Hemptuary with aloha and professionalism.

Qualifications

  • Prior retail or customer service experience preferred.
  • Experience handling cash and basic cash management.
  • Interest in hemp, CBD.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Reliable, flexible schedule must be available on short notice when needed.

Salary

  • $16.00 per hour.
