Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to lead our sales team and drive revenue growth. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a passion for customer service, and a proven track record in sales. This role offers an exciting opportunity to develop strategic sales initiatives, build lasting client relationships, and contribute to the overall success of our organization. We are a holistic "farm stand" with a permanent store front. We source and get all of our product from local farmers and have also developed our own products.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company targets
- Lead, motivate, and manage the sales team to maximize performance and productivity
- Identify new business opportunities and expand existing client accounts
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction
- Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align sales efforts with company objectives
- Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for senior management
- Provide training, coaching, and support to team members to enhance their skills and performance
- Place orders and re-stock
- Community based events
Requirements
- Proven experience in sales, with a demonstrated ability to meet or exceed targets
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to build rapport quickly
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities
- Strategic thinking with a proactive approach to problem-solving
- Ability to analyze data and generate actionable insights
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field preferred
- Nice-to-have: experience in the relevant industry or market segment
