Job Description:

We are seeking a
Controls Engineer
to support automation and control system projects within a fast-paced industrial environment. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with PLC programming, industrial networking, and automation system integration, along with strong project management and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and implement control systems for industrial automation and production processes.
  • Program, test, and troubleshoot
    PLCs (Allen-Bradley, Siemens, etc.)
    and HMIs.
  • Deploy and maintain
    industrial network-connected devices
    (EtherNet/IP, Modbus, Profinet, etc.).
  • Configure and manage
    application servers
    and
    databases
    for automation systems.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth integration of electrical and control systems.
  • Manage project timelines, deliverables, and documentation.
  • Provide technical support for installation, commissioning, and maintenance activities.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree
    (or higher) in
    Industrial Engineering, Controls Engineering, Electrical Engineering
    , or equivalent work experience.
  • Proven
    project management experience
    in industrial or manufacturing settings.
  • Strong experience in
    deploying and integrating industrial network devices
    .
  • Proficiency in
    application server setup and configuration
    .
  • Hands-on experience with
    database operations
    and data handling.
  • PLC programming experience
    (Allen-Bradley, Siemens, Mitsubishi, or similar).

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with
    SCADA systems
    and
    HMI development
    .
  • Knowledge of
    robotics integration
    or
    automotive manufacturing
    processes.
  • Familiarity with
    industrial safety systems
    and compliance standards.
  • Excellent troubleshooting, analytical, and communication skills.
