Position Summary

The 
Security Analyst IV
 will support the 
Identity and Access Management Operations (IAMO) Transformation Program
 with a focus on the 
configuration, implementation, and ongoing support of the SailPoint LCM (Lifecycle Manager)
 product. The individual will contribute to IAM modernization efforts by driving automation, streamlining processes, and strengthening compliance and risk controls within the enterprise IAM framework.

This role represents a key part of IAMO's transformation toward an engineering-driven model focused on automation and scalability while ensuring adherence to audit, regulatory, and corporate policy requirements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide 
    technical and functional support for SailPoint LCM
    , including design, configuration, and deployment of automated IAM workflows.
  • Develop and maintain 
    access request and provisioning workflows
     to streamline joiner, mover, and leaver processes across the IAM ecosystem.
  • Conduct 
    business-critical analysis
     for application onboarding, client access provisioning, and workflow enhancements.
  • Support remediation of 
    audit findings
     and ensure compliance with 
    SOX/SOC1
     and internal IAM control standards.
  • Create and modify 
    Access Hub forms
     and configurations to support user access management across client environments.
  • Ensure timely completion of 
    revocations, certifications,
     and 
    access reviews
     in accordance with corporate policy.
  • Collaborate with IAM engineering and operations teams to deliver automation and process improvement initiatives.
  • Provide subject matter expertise for 
    client access support, incident management,
     and 
    regulatory audit readiness
    .

Qualifications

  • Experience:
     3–5+ years of hands-on experience in 
    Identity and Access Management (IAM)
    , with strong exposure to 
    SailPoint (LCM or IIQ)
    .
  • Education:
     Bachelor's degree preferred (relevant professional experience may substitute).
  • Industry Experience:
     Financial services experience preferred but 
    not required
    .
