Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated Lead Sales Associate to join our team at CycleBar Southwest Plaza, Littleton, As a Lead Sales Associate , you will play a key role in overseeing the daily operations of our studio, driving revenue through membership sales and providing exceptional customer service to our clients. This is a 16-20 hour part-time with the potential for career growth in the rapidly growing fitness industry. As a member of our team, you will have the opportunity to make a positive impact in the lives of our members and contribute to the success of our studio.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily studio operations, including opening/closing procedures, scheduling, and staff management
  • Drive membership sales through community outreach, lead generation, and membership promotions
  • Provide exceptional customer service to members, ensuring a positive and welcoming experience
  • Manage payroll, expenses, and budget for the studio
  • Collaborate with the General Manager to create and execute marketing initiatives to increase brand awareness and attract new members
  • Assist with staff recruitment, onboarding, and training
  • Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the studio
  • Handle and resolve customer inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner
  • Ensure all policies and procedures are followed by staff and members
  • Attend and participate in team meetings or training as required

Requirements: A Minimum of 2 Sales experience, preferably in fitness and membership model. Must have documented sales numbers. A documented history of membership sales and customer service experience required.

  • Passion for fitness and wellness industry
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and time management skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Must be able to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and social media platforms
  • Must be able to lift and move equipment up to 45 pounds
  • Must have reliable transportation to and from the studio
  • CPR and AED certification preferred (training available)
