St Julien Hotel & Spa is looking for an experienced Esthetician who will be responsible for providing relaxing, high-quality facial treatments, and who will use their skills to ensure all guests have enjoyed a satisfying visit to the Spa.

Essential Job Functions:

  • Review and complete all opening and closing procedures and individual responsibilities.
  • Prepare treatment room for each guest according to the specific treatment/procedure to be performed.
  • Check computer for daily schedule of treatments.
  • Greet all guests warmly by name and fully explain their scheduled services, including a pre-session interview and skin analysis.
  • Perform all treatments according to current protocol.
  • Ensure that treatment is timed properly so that guests can be on time to other treatment(s).
  • Clean treatment room after each guest and prepare it for the next Esthetician; keep treatment area clean and stocked.
  • Provide home care recommendations to clients as appropriate, explain products used and application of home care, and sell product with knowledge and confidence.
  • Perform according to company objectives regarding sales, and work to build customer retention and repeat client requests.
  • Possess excellent knowledge of St Julien Hotel & Spa to be able to answer guest inquiries.
  • Other duties as requested by supervisor.

Qualifications:

  • Must be a licensed Esthetician in the state of Colorado. 
  • Experience with hydrafacials, dermaplaning, and nano infusion is required. 
  • Minimum 2 years' experience required. Previous experience working in a luxury spa highly preferred.
  • Knowledge of Natura Bissé products preferred. 
  • Interested candidates must have flexible availability and be able to work weekends and holidays.

COMPENSATION STRUCTURE:

  1. Services: COMMISSION-BASED (27%)
  2. Required Trainings/Meetings: $15.57/HOUR
