This is not a call center or desk job — it's a dynamic, face-to-face role where you'll engage with customers directly, provide excellent service, and support sales at promotional events. If you're confident, outgoing, and motivated, this could be the perfect fit for you.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Attending promotional events at shopping centers, expos, outdoor markets, and trade shows
  • Greeting and engaging with members of the public in a friendly, approachable manner
  • Providing product and service information to customers
  • Answering questions, handling objections, and helping customers take advantage of promotions
  • Supporting sales by processing sign-ups or purchases on-site
  • Delivering excellent customer service while representing national and international brands
  • Participating in regular training and development workshops to build skills and confidence
  • Working closely with a supportive team, sharing knowledge, celebrating wins, and learning together
