Job Description

Job Responsibilities

· Develop, design, implement, and manage the client value proposition and client lifecycle strategy for the Private Bank segment.

· Drive initiatives to enhance the client journey across onboarding, engagement, retention, and exit stages.

· Define client engagement standards and collaborate with Market Heads and Relationship Managers to ensure consistent and high-quality delivery.

· Monitor and analyse competitor value propositions, providing actionable insights and recommendations to maintain a competitive edge.

· Identify gaps and opportunities within the client portfolio by leveraging data and advanced analytics, including co-designing predictive models and dynamic segmentation strategies.

· Co-create client campaigns and targeting strategies to deepen relationships and optimise portfolio performance.

· Define and track portfolio KPIs, generate insights, and translate them into targeted strategies for personalised client engagement.
